Nice job Ben, n
Nice clean presentation with tons of info. Really enjoyed the comparison between Manitoba and B.C.’s frameworks. I like your points about inquiry and practical implications of the Manitoba document. It must get tiring always talking about B.C. and not about the location where you teach. Good on you for being an active member and I rally enjoyed the comparison in your video.
Thanks Ben!

Awesome Flip Grid post! I’m inspired to give it a try.
I always wonder if we as a country couldn’t be more aligned in terms of curricula, processes and documents like these frameworks in an increasingly globalized world.
I’m guessing that the provincial Ministry’s of Education would argue that each circumstance and curriculum is unique and therefore it is worthwhile to build their own frameworks. In reality, we as teachers seem to take whatever works best regardless of jurisdiction.
Not sure about Manitoba, but BC is working pretty hard to manage budgets. These frameworks might be around for a while.

This is a fantastic breakdown of the two frameworks. I too enjoy the visual of the Manitoba version better. I am impressed that you were able to say all that without cuts. I learned a lot and thnk you for the inside look at Manitoba.
